We endeavour to source all our meat, poultry, fish, vegetables, ingredients and drinks from the very best in breed suppliers who align with our core value of absolute quality in every detail.
Understanding the country of origin of our produce and the care and welfare of animals is incredibly important to us. We go to great lengths to ensure we only work with providers who will never use artificial growth products within the animal’s food supply chain.
Additionally, many of our salads and micro greens are organically grown by our two chefs, on their small farm in the mountains right here in the South of Tenerife.
Each dish is caringly prepared by our highly talented, classically trained, friendly chefs and this caring, fun, personal touch is carried on through our front of house service team.
